Tupelo

Well, I think the song says it all by Van Morrison, “Sweet as Tupelo honey”! This is a lower glucose honey produced in the Tallahassee, Panhandle FL area. Only blooming at the end of April beginning of May for a 3-4 week period, it is pricier, but well worth it.
